Por quinto año consecutivo se desarrollará en Argentina “Un Minuto por mis Derechos”, un proyecto de UNICEF (www.unicef.org/argentina) y Fundación Kine, Cultural y Educativa.
En esta quinta edición, nuestro programa “CINE + EDUCACION”, será el encargado de desarrollar "1 minuto por mis derechos" en la ciudad de VIEDMA, la cual será visitada durante la primera quincena de Julio por los/as técnicos/as de la Fundación Kine/UNICEF, quienes vienen con el objetivo de conocer al grupo formado por los/as participantes, los talleristas y la gente de la Fundación Creando Futuro que colaboran en este emprendimiento. Asimismo los representantes de Kine/UNICEF aprovecharán la oportunidad para realizar la firma de convenios con las instituciones que de diferente manera acompañan a la realización del proyecto en la ciudad.
La Fundación Creando Futuro colabora brindando el espacio físico adonde desarrollar los talleres, tanto los de realización audiovisual a cargo de los realizadores y productores Sebastián Martínez y Susana Nieri como los relacionados a las temáticas específicas de derechos humanos, y puntualmente derechos de niños/as y jóvenes, los cuales son llevados adelante entre los equipos técnicos de la Secretaría de Derechos Humanos de Río Negro y el Consejo Provincial de la Mujer.
Se espera que en 2009 más de 600 adolescentes de 12 provincias puedan reflexionar y expresarse sobre sus realidades desde una perspectiva de derechos y a través del lenguaje audiovisual, sumándose a los más de 2100 niños y niñas que ya participaron desde el inicio del proyecto.
El proyecto convocará en esta oportunidad a jóvenes entre 13 y 18 años de las provincias de Buenos Aires, Chaco, Córdoba, Jujuy, Mendoza, Misiones, Río Negro, Salta, Santa Fe, Tucumán, y de Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. En cada provincia las y los adolescentes participarán durante 5 meses de talleres de reflexión en derechos con capacitación en lenguaje audiovisual, donde podrán compartir entre pares sus miedos, deseos y realidades. En los distintos encuentros y a través del uso del lenguaje audiovisual realizarán en equipo videos de un minuto de duración, donde podrán expresarse libremente sobre sus problemáticas, como verdaderos protagonistas y voceros de su generación.
Los videominutos que realicen los chicos al final del proceso de trabajo se estrenarán públicamente el 21 de octubre, en Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, en el marco del Festival Iberoamericano de Cortos “Imágenes Jóvenes en la Diversidad Cultural”, organizado por Fundación Kine, Cultural y Educativa. Al estreno de sus cortos asistirán delegaciones de jóvenes de todas las provincias participantes, quienes compartirán en una convivencia de tres días su experiencia en el proyecto. Luego de su estreno los cortos son difundidos en circuitos culturales, festivales de cine y medios de comunicación, con el fin de sensibilizar a la sociedad sobre los temas que interesan y afectan a las y los jóvenes.
